Context & Challenge
Synergia is a recognised French laboratory specialising in nutraceuticals and food supplements. With a growing product catalogue and ambitions to scale across European markets, Synergia needed a reliable digital partner to structure their e-commerce, manage their Amazon presence and drive acquisition.
What needed to be solved
- Redesign and optimise the Prestashop e-commerce platform for improved UX, performance and conversion
- Deploy and manage Amazon listings across multiple European marketplaces (DE, FR, IT, ES)
- Build a consistent SEO and content strategy to generate long-term organic traffic
- Provide monthly performance analytics and data-driven recommendations
