Vitaflor is a French laboratory specialising in phytotherapy — plant-based health and wellness products. Their existing website was underperforming technically and failing to capture organic search traffic in a competitive wellness market. A full redesign was needed to align digital presence with brand quality.

How I Worked on It

UX Audit & Redesign
Conducted a full UX audit identifying friction points across the customer journey. Redesigned navigation, product page structure and mobile experience for improved usability and conversion.

Technical SEO Overhaul
Fixed crawl errors, improved site architecture, implemented schema markup, corrected canonical issues and resolved Core Web Vitals failures — all on Prestashop.

SEO Content Strategy
Built a keyword map targeting high-intent phytotherapy and wellness queries. Created and optimised category pages, product descriptions and informational content.

Performance Optimisation
Implemented image compression, lazy loading, CSS/JS minification and server caching to improve page speed scores across mobile and desktop.
